These Terms govern the use of this website and the professional services provided by Seraph Cerulean Ltd, trading as Seraph Cerulean.

Services
I offer reflective sessions designed to help clients reconnect with their own clarity, inner knowing, and decision-making.
My services are intended to support personal reflection and self-awareness. They are not therapy, counselling, psychotherapy, legal advice, financial advice, or medical advice, and should not be considered a substitute for professional support in those areas.
Booking
Complimentary Connection Calls can be booked through Calendly.
Paid sessions are arranged directly with me following our initial conversation.
Online sessions are held via Zoom unless we agree to use an alternative platform.
Fees and Payment
Session fees are published on this website and may be updated from time to time. All prices shown are inclusive of VAT.
Once your booking has been confirmed, an invoice will be issued through Xero.
Payment can be made securely using the payment options provided on the invoice.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, full payment is required before your scheduled session.
In-Person Sessions & Travel
Where an in-person session requires me to travel specifically to you, additional travel and other reasonable associated costs may apply.
Any additional costs will always be discussed and agreed with you in advance, so you'll know exactly what's involved before confirming your session.
If I'm already travelling in your area, additional travel costs may not apply.
Cancellations and Rescheduling
If you need to reschedule your session, please provide at least 48 hours’ notice wherever possible.
Sessions cancelled with less than 48 hours’ notice are non-refundable, except in exceptional circumstances at my discretion.
Missed sessions without prior notice are non-refundable.
Where circumstances allow, I will always do my best to accommodate a new appointment.
Availability
While I will always do my best to honour confirmed bookings, there may occasionally be circumstances beyond my control that require a session to be rescheduled.
Should this happen, I will contact you as soon as possible and arrange an alternative appointment at the earliest mutually convenient time.
Confidentiality
Everything shared during our sessions is treated with care, respect, and confidentiality. Information will only be disclosed where I am legally required to do so or where there is a legal or safeguarding obligation requiring disclosure.
Intellectual Property
All content published on this website, including text, images, graphics, branding, and written material, remains the intellectual property of Seraph Cerulean unless otherwise stated.
No content may be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used without prior written permission.
Limitation of Liability
I will always provide my services with care, professionalism, and integrity. However, you remain responsible for your own decisions, actions, and outcomes following our work together.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Seraph Cerulean accepts no liability for decisions, actions, or outcomes arising from conversations, reflections, or information shared during sessions or through this website.
Changes to These Terms
These Terms may be updated from time to time to reflect changes to my services or legal requirements.
