The Story
The more I searched for certainty, the further away I seemed to move from myself.
If you'd met me years ago, you probably would have thought I had everything figured out. And in many ways, I did.
With a background in event management, planning became second nature. I could organise almost anything, think ten steps ahead, and pay attention to every tiny detail.
The funny thing is... I approached my own life in exactly the same way. I became the person everyone could lean on. The reliable one. The helpful one.
I analysed everything. I overthought every decision. I'd run through every possible scenario before making a choice, convinced that if I just thought about it for long enough, I'd eventually find the “right” answer.
Spoiler alert...It doesn't work.
The more I searched for certainty, the further away I seemed to move from myself.
Somewhere along the way, life became incredibly serious. I was carrying so much responsibility that I'd forgotten how to have fun. I became bored with my own life, even though, from the outside, everything looked absolutely fine.
Eventually I found myself asking one simple question: Is this really how I want to live?
The answer came back just as simply – No.
And that was the beginning of everything changing. I stopped trying to think my way through life and started paying attention to how life actually felt.
I discovered something beautifully simple. If something genuinely felt good, it was usually a yes. If it didn't, it was usually a no. Everything else was noise.
Little by little, I began interrupting the loop of overthinking and choosing presence instead. When we're truly present, we notice things we'd normally miss. The quiet knowing. The little sparks of inspiration. The moments that make us feel alive. And the moments that quietly tell us something needs to change.
Over time, inspiration began to return. Curiosity came back. Life felt lighter. I felt more connected to myself and far more excited about what was possible than I'd been in years.
Then came one of the biggest realisations of all. I wasn't searching for a new version of myself. I was simply remembering who I'd been all along.
I also remembered something else.
I have a choice. I don't have to keep doing things the way I've always done them simply because they're familiar or because they keep everyone else comfortable.
I can choose differently.
Why I do this work
That remembering changed everything. And it's why I do this work today.
I don't believe people need fixing. I believe most of us have simply become disconnected from ourselves beneath years of noise, expectations, overthinking, and trying to be who we think we should be.
What I offer is the space I once needed myself.
A space where there's nothing to fix. Nothing to perform. Nothing to become. Just an opportunity to step away from the busyness of everyday life, slow everything down, and allow fresh thoughts, new perspectives, and quiet truths to rise to the surface. Not with judgement. With curiosity.
Because at the end of the day, I'm not here to tell you what to do. I'm here to help you remember that you have a choice. And if, somewhere along the way, we laugh a lot, breathe a little deeper, and help life feel a little lighter...
Well, I think that's a pretty wonderful place to be.

The aim isn’t freedom from your life, but the freedom to shape a life that feels true to you.
