Frequently Asked Questions
The questions people most often ask before we begin.
What exactly is this work?
At its heart, this work is about creating the space to hear yourself again. Life has a way of becoming noisy. Between expectations, overthinking, responsibility, and everyone else’s opinions, it can become difficult to recognise what you already know to be true. Together, we slow things down, explore what’s present, and uncover the clarity that’s been there all along. I’m not here to give you the answers. I’m here to help you hear your own.
How is this different from coaching?
People often ask me this. Most coaching focuses on helping you move towards a goal using questions, strategies, or frameworks. My work is a little different. Rather than telling you what to do or helping you come up with the “right” plan, I create a space where you can reconnect with your own inner knowing. Because I believe the answers you’re looking for already exist within you – they’ve simply become buried beneath the noise.
Is this therapy?
No. This isn’t therapy or counselling, and it isn’t designed to diagnose or treat mental health conditions. It’s a reflective space where we explore what’s present, helping you reconnect with yourself and move forward with greater clarity and confidence.
What happens during a session?
Every session is different because every person is different. Some people arrive with a decision they can’t seem to make. Others are navigating change, feeling stuck, or simply know that something doesn’t feel quite right. We begin wherever you are. Together, we’ll slow things down, explore what’s asking for your attention, and gently uncover what has been hidden beneath the noise.
Do I need to prepare?
Not at all. There’s nothing you need to study, bring, or figure out before we meet. Just come exactly as you are.
How do I know if this is right for me?
If you’ve found yourself nodding as you’ve explored this website… If something inside you keeps saying, “This feels familiar…” Or if you’re simply craving a little more clarity, peace, and connection with yourself… There’s a good chance you’re in the right place.
What if I’m not sure where to start?
That’s completely okay. I offer a complimentary 15-minute Connection Call where we can have a conversation, answer any questions you may have, and explore which offering feels like the best fit for where you are right now. No pressure. Just a chance to connect.
What’s the difference between the different sessions?
Clarity Session — A focused 90-minute session when you need clarity around a particular decision, challenge, or transition.
Half-Day Deep Dive — More time to explore what’s beneath the surface, uncover patterns, and reconnect with what feels true for you.
Full-Day Immersion — A full day dedicated entirely to you – creating the space for deeper insight, meaningful reflection, and lasting shifts.
Ongoing Alignment — Continued support for those who value having a trusted space to reflect, recalibrate, and stay connected to themselves as life evolves.
What can I expect to leave with?
Every session is different, so I can never promise a particular outcome. What I can promise is that you’ll leave with a greater understanding of yourself than when you arrived. People often tell me they leave feeling calmer, clearer, lighter, and more confident in the decisions ahead. Not because I’ve given them the answers. Because they’ve remembered their own.
Is everything we talk about confidential?
Absolutely. Everything shared during our sessions is treated with complete confidentiality, care, and respect.
Can we work together if I don’t live in the UK?
Yes. I work with clients all over the world online. If you're looking for an in-person experience outside the UK, that may also be possible. Depending on my travel schedule – or by arrangement – I occasionally work with clients. If that's something you're interested in, let's have a conversation and explore what's possible.
Where do in-person sessions take place?
In-person sessions are held in a location we agree together. Where possible, I like to choose somewhere away from your usual day-to-day environment – a place that gives you the opportunity to step out of everyday life, slow things down, and create a little space for yourself. It might be somewhere that already holds meaning for you, or simply a setting that feels calm, comfortable, and right for the work we're doing together. The location will always be discussed and agreed in advance, taking into account where you're based, what feels right for you, and what's practically available.
